About this property

Amazingly Huge Home in the Pines ~ Tesla Charger ~ Hot Tub ~ 3 King Beds

Come enjoy the quiet rustling of the pine trees while relaxing all day, gazing at the spectacular views of the San Francisco Peaks, or exploring the adjacent Coconino National Forest. You'll love this fully furnished 3100 sqft home overlooking the Coconino National Forest. Located less than an hour from The Grand Canyon South Rim, 2 hours from Lake Powell, only 10 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff and just 30 minutes to Snowbowl, this home not only offers close proximity to some of Arizona's most desirable attractions, but it also has enough room to host the entire family so you can easily make it a small reunion, a friends getaway or just a short retreat from the valley heat!

With 25' vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms (3 w/ king beds and master en' suites), 4 baths, 2 fireplaces, a Tesla charger, central HVAC, a huge fenced outdoor yard, a hot tub, room to sleep 10, and those incredible mountain views, this home is well equipped to please everyone in your group. A recently added ping pong table, air hockey and cornhole games make your visit even more fun!

With nearby access to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, the trails for hiking, biking, riding, etc. are easy to access and you'll find plenty of adventure no matter how you choose to explore. The FoxGlenn Park is a short walk away, with plenty to do for the whole family. The Flagstaff Aquaplex is 1 mile away, featuring a pool with water slides, a lazy river, a climbing wall, basketball courts, a full gym, an indoor walking track, and more.

Located in the high country mountains of northern Arizona, Flagstaff's four seasons are enviable by many. Summer temperatures average in the low 80s with sapphire blue skies and crisp mountain air, while the bounty continues into Fall with a panoramic canvas of quaking aspen and foliage offering hues of reds and purples. Winter adventures await in Arizona's officially designated Winter Wonderland with an average 108" of snowfall in downtown, while Spring offers breathtaking beauty of blooms in the world's largest contiguous emerald green ponderosa pine forest.

Flagstaff, AZ is more than just the closest city to Grand Canyon National Park or the home to Northern Arizona University. Flagstaff is a vibrant, little city with a thriving local and mountain culture that invites outdoor enthusiasts from all over the world (and from other parts of Arizona, of course) to come to take advantage of its vibrant alpine setting, cool weather, and even cooler lifestyle. Located at 7,000 ft. elevation, Flagstaff is a full, four-season vacation destination; training grounds for many athletic and US Olympic teams; a mecca for celestial observations; and last but certainly not least, it is home to 70,000 people who prioritize family, community, work and play balance in their daily lives.

You'll find Downtown Flagstaff to be one of the best downtown scenes in Arizona. Downtown Flagstaff is big enough to offer a variation in vibe, food, drinks, and setting, but small enough that visitors, locals, and college students intermingle at nearly all times of the day. From coffee shops and music venues to the locally sourced food offered by many restaurants, you'll find that Flagstaff and its residents are progressive, intentional, and special.

Did we mention that Flagstaff is an incredibly friendly city? If it's warm enough, it's off to a downtown patio to have a local craft brew, listen to music or grab some food. Somewhere in there is work and life-ing, but you'll find that most Flagstaffians do what they can to make sure outside and community is part of their regular schedule. And bringing the family along is just a given. Flagstaff is very family-friendly...until around 9 pm, which is when the college students are just beginning to consider getting their night started. For a small city, Flagstaff has a lot to offer and does a great job of providing fun times for all!
