The open-concept kitchen and living area serves as the heart of the home, ideal for gathering with family and friends. High ceilings and large windows create an inviting space, complete with a spacious sectional sofa, fireplace, and Smart TV with streaming services. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine (K-cups provided), an espresso machine, an island with seating for three, and a large dining table for eight—perfect for group meals.

In the loft, you'll find two fold-out futons and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, overlooking the living area and fireplace. It also houses the arcade room and laundry room.

Enjoy the private deck with a gas BBQ grill (propane included), a hot tub, and a cozy gazebo. IMPORTANT NOTES:
✔Guests will have full access to the entire house and property. Be aware that there is no barrier between the backyard and the lake.

✔We have a manager in the area if needed.

✔Must be at least 25 years old to book

✔There are 2 exterior security cameras located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway and on the back deck facing the yard. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
-Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges. (Evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind indoors will result in a
$1000 fine)
- You cannot swim in the lake.
- No setting off fireworks, it's illegal
- No pets allowed (if pet is not approved, $300 deep cleaning fee will be
added)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. Only guests staying at the house are
allowed on the property
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

-Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
