This quirky, rustic house is nestled in a Beautiful family-friendly neighborhood of Clear Lake, walking distance to downtown and the lake. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with a large, open living room with an ocean of natural light. Across the street from park and playground and ice rink, two blocks to Wellness Center, three blocks to Central Gardens, and three blocks to public pool and waterslides.

Cottage is located in quiet, beautiful neighborhood walking distance to downtown and the lake. It is connected to the Winter ice rink, is directly across the street from the neighborhood park and playground, and is only two blocks from newly constructed wellness center. Perfect for families and couples seeking a restful and quiet getaway!

Perfect Get Away!

We loved staying at this cute lake haven cabin! The renovations are great, it was very clean and comfy. The hosts had great communication and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!

Cute & Cozy

As described, this home has been recently redone and everything was fresh and clean. It has everything you need and is very open with lots of room in the living/dining/kitchen area and was comfortable. The front porch was nice to sit on in the quiet neighborhood. The front storm door is a bit tired, but other than that, everything else felt brand new. It would be a fairly long walk to the City Beach, but just a quick drive, so it was within quick access to anywhere you wanted to go.

Happy Birthday stay

We loved the location of this property. Super convenient to our family and friends! Also very walkable to Downtown. Travis and Dawn were easy to work with. I could tell they are very proud of their home and it showed! Clean and well appointed!

We have been married for 25 years and have two children. We love to travel here in the United States and abroad, going to concerts, hiking, working out, movies, riding bikes, theater, and trying new restaurants. We also love people and enjoy hearing stories about their lives. We have a two person, Vespa scooter and thoroughly enjoy driving it around in the summer. We pretty much live outside in the summer!

Why they chose this property

We were drawn to this property because of it's incredible location in Clear Lake, walking distance to downtown and the lake, three blocks to Central Gardens, two blocks from the new Wellness Center, three blocks to public pool/waterpark, across the street from a park, and connected to the winter ice rink. We also love old things and this house is from the 1930's with a very rustic but modern vibe. It used to sit right on the shore of Clear Lake but was moved to its current location in the 1950's.

What makes this property unique

Open-concept, tons of light comes flooding through the many windows, the gorgeous beed board walls, the front room also doubles as a morning sunroom to sip coffee and read a book or watch the news. Clean and bright!!!
