The holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2019 is functional furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the edge of the woods. The holiday home is located on a 30 sqm, open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The structure is located in the tourist village of Athena Resort Ragusa (formerly Kastalia), the village is open purely in summer, tourist activities begin on April 13th and end on September 28th. From October onwards there will be no tourist and commercial activities, you will not be able to use the swimming pool and the private beach. In the holiday village there are always tennis courts, football pitches, a pine forest with outdoor games for children and mini golf, even in winter (although without lighting).
