The RESIDENCE at the GUTSHAUS in Dewichow is a residential complex in the Achterland of the island of Usedom. The nearby golf course offers a great variety for all sports enthusiasts. As a guest of one of our apartments you will receive a reduced green fee. For your holiday in the residence at the manor Dewichow we offer you apartments with 2 and 3 rooms and a cottage, with balcony or terrace, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. A barbecue is available for free use. A public swimming area can be reached in a few minutes. On request, we provide a bed and high chair for children up to 2 years. For a small fee you use our washing machine and dryer.

Our apartment Emma is a 2 room apartment and is located on the ground floor. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, a comfortable double bed and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom is equipped with a very spacious shower, large mirror, towel warmer, hair dryer and magnifying mirror. The living room has a pull-out, comfortable sofa available. TV and radio are of course. Furthermore, you will find in the living room, the open, fully equipped kitchen and an extendable dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace faces west. From here you can see the sunset and the lake.
