About this property

Welcome to this tranquil villa with your own boat dock behind the house. The villa is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Bring your boat and make this your vacation home on the water. Room for a boat up to 28 feet on this canal with ocean access and no fixed bridges. Close to historical downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach.
The space
The Villa has a Very big kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Breakfast area and separate dining area. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath and a living room. Back yard has seating are, grill and a fire-pit and view over the boat dock. The are room for a boat trailer at the front of the house. There is a Boat ramp in Shepard Park which is about 7 minutes away.

The villa is a half duplex located on a dead end street.
There is a Ring security camera at the front door and one at the backyard for both yours and ours safety.

Charming and spacious home on the water

We loved our stay in Stuart. The location was convenient and the home very cute and well-equipped. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the home and there were plenty of towels. There is no outlet on the street where the property is located, so it felt secluded, which was very nice. We had a great time using the firepit on the back patio. Our first night was after a rainstorm, so it was a bit buggy- but we got a couple citronella candles and had no problems. We didn't need to reach out for much while we stayed, but Susan was easy to reach and kindly shared the details for checking in and out.

Clean, Comfy, Close to everything

Clean , quiet, spacious. Loved being on the canal … great location to beaches, shopping and restaurants . Our dogs loved sunbathing on the dock.

Awesome Stay at the Hideaway

House was perfect and exactly as described. Super nice and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was we could not access the property by boat (26 ft. Center Console) during low tide times. However there was enough room to park the boat on trailer in the driveway. Awesome stay and would recommend. The Host Susan was great and very helpful and followed up to make sure everything was good for us.

March getaway

Susan was very quick to respond before and during our stay. The house was exactly as listed. The neighbors were friendly and the canal provided breezes on those hot days. The rental was clean with plentiful towels and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. There were ample start up cleaning supplies as well paper products. The hotel sized shampoo and soaps were a pleasant surprise. My dog enjoyed sunning herself on the back patio. The grill was very nice. Martin County is one of the few counties that allows dogs on unguarded beaches. That was as plus for us. Even though the beaches are about 10 miles away, plan on 20 minutes due to all the traffic. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay with your pet, I would recommend staying here.
