At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. FeWo1 Haus Lili Marleen Prerow

Das Appartement ist soweit ok. Alles was man braucht ist da. Man kann den Strand bequem, nach kleinem Spaziergang von ca.14-20min, gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Bett ist sehr weich und Matratze zur Seite hin "abfallend"...nicht so schön. Die Terresse vor dem Eingang ist recht ungepflegt und liegt vorwiegend im Schatten des Hauses. Der vorhandene Wäscheständer ist ein uraltes, defektes, wackeliges Ding, aber ich war froh, dass ich einen da hatte, für benutzte Handtücher.
