This penthouse apartment on the ninth and last floor welcomes you in a recently built house just a few minutes walk from the center of Cannes, not far from the beaches, the train station and many other amenities. On the spacious terrace, which extends over three sides, you will find both sunny and shady spots. Depending on the side of the terrace, you may look out to the sea in the distance, the mountains in the hinterland, or La Californie, a neighborhood that stretches across a rolling hill. Enjoy your dinner on the terrace at sunset, and when a big fireworks show lights up the beach, you'll also have a great view from here. You will have a private parking space in a secured garage at your disposal. Experience the charm of the French Riviera and explore cities like Cannes, Menton, Nice and Monaco. The apartment itself is cozy and modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, such as air conditioning and Internet access. The double-glazed windows of the apartment provide sufficient protection from the usual noise of a city at any time of the year.
