Guest suite also has private bath and balcony access. Bunkroom with double flatscreen smart TV's will be a big hit with the teems or kids. Fully-equipped granite & stainless kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware to complete and serve meals. Dining table seats 8. Unit includes washer and dryer. The condo itself was better than expected based off previous reviews, however the owner lacked communication. I sent 2 emails prior to arrival, no response and both my wife and I called and left 2 voicemails, no response.

Nice trip, ok condo

The property as a whole was great and proximity to the beach was wonderful!! For the cost of our condo though, I found it to be dirtier than it should and no extra amenities were available. The condo did not offer dish soap, extra paper towels, very minimal kitchen utensils, no condiments, etc. Most of the places we have stayed have offered some extra items through the house but we had to buy everything. The dust that also lived around the condo we found to be unacceptable.

Family Vacation

We rent this place last minute, literally a week before going there. So I was really skeptical about getting a place with out reviews. The place wasn’t clean when we got there I literally had to swiped all the floors and clean all the things that we were using, I think they can do a better job for the fee they’re charging for that. I actually reached the property manager of the place and the only thing they said to me It was sorry. I was expecting more than that. About the space is really good for a family of 8. When they say distant water views it’s literally really distant views. So don’t expect water views because balcony is facing parking lot and hotels. The lazy river at the resort and all the pools and fun stuff for us and the kids plus the easy access to the beach it’s definitely worth it. That was okay our favorite part.
