This newly renovated home is great for large groups! It is just 10 minutes from downtown Denver. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The house has two fully-functional separate units, an upstairs and downstairs level. Each has their own private entrance along with everything you expect from a home away from home - open concept with a spacious master suite, modern fully-stocked kitchen, plus 3 beds and 2 bathrooms in each unit.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 Kings beds, 3 Queen beds, and 1 huge sectional couch.
Bedroom 1 - This light and bright upstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, private bathroom, open and spacious closet with plenty of room to hang outfits.
Bedroom 2 - This large bright neutral-colored downstairs master bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, large walk-in closet, desk, and a full-length mirror.
Bedroom 3 - This upstairs bedroom includes a queen sized bed, open closet, and a full length mirror.
Bedroom 4 - This downstairs bedroom includes two queen beds perfect for sleeping adults and kids alike.
Bedroom 5 - This upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and ample closet space.

You'll find four clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting and large mirrors in this home. Each bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in two fully-stocked kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both feature beautiful granite countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven (upstairs only), and coffee maker.
The upstairs dining table is nearly 9 ft long and has enough chairs for 8 guests, with an additional 2 chairs at the bar just behind it. There are two stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas and the backyard.
The downstairs has 3 stools at the kitchen island that opens to the living space..

This level is an open concept that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. There is a master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. The other bedrooms have a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other. There is also 1 huge sectional couch. It has a large bright modern kitchen and a large dining table that seats up to 8 with 2 additional spots at the island. The living space has a fireplace and a large sectional where everyone can gather. The kitchen has sliding doors that open up to the backyard.
The upstairs has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, hang out in the backyard, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.
☆☆ DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL ☆☆
This level is also an open concept with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. There is a roomy master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. The other bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a twin rollout bed. The bright modern kitchen is fully stocked. The living space has a fireplace.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The large backyard is a perfect place to gather. You will find 2 dining tables for 8 (16 total!) and 2 additional stools with a charcoal grill (please provide your own charcoal), a wood burning fire pit (please provide your own wood and check current fire ban regulations), a cornhole set, and an additional 2 lounge chairs surrounding the firepit. There is a parking spot in the driveway and plenty of parking directly in front of the house or across the street.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this unit including the laundry room. You will not have access to the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.
PARKING:
Please park directly in front of the house or directly across the street. Please DO NOT park in front of the neighbor’s house.
GUEST ACCESS:
Both units are accessible via keyless entry! The door codes will be sent to you prior to check-in. Enter the code then hit the lock symbol to unlock the door. Wait a few seconds prior to attempting to open the door. When leaving the unit, simply hit the lock button to lock the door.
The entrance to the downstairs unit is located on the backside of the house. Walk around the left side of the house through the gate.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. No parties please! If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.
During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The hot tub crew usually stops by every Thursday.
- The lawn care team typically drops by every Thursday.
- The trash company collect garbage every Friday morning or on Saturday.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Overall, the neighborhood is great! It's important to note that our property is close to a school and an intersection. While there may be occasional traffic noise during certain times of the day, it significantly reduces during quiet hours (10 pm - 9 am). Please be respectful and considerate, especially during these quiet hours, as our direct neighbors are elderly couples.
