Our backyard goes for thousands of miles. Feel the sea breeze on your face as you sit on the deck drinking your coffee then walk down onto the sandy beach and go for a swim in the gulf or the swimming pool. Pier Park is minutes away to the east with entertainment for the entire family as well as shopping and many restaurants. Minutes west are the quaint shops and beaches of Rosemary and Seaside (the home of The Truman Show)

Great place!

We had a great week here! This is our 2nd year vacationing at this rental and we really enjoyed it both times and we would stay there again. Everything is very convenient and the beach is so accessible without having to deal with the crowds. The place was very clean and updated. Thanks for an enjoyable and stress-free visit!

Can't Beat Panama City Beach on the 4th of July

Everything was great!!! I think the issues with the hvac unit need to be resolved but it's not the owner's fault and it was almost a hundred degrees all week. Please, replace those two umbrellas on the porch, they are vital and are both broken, one being unusable. Luckily, I had noticed it last year and from the photo online about the umbrella looking in bad shape, so I brought my own. Cheryl and her husband are awesome, the condo is quite lovely, way more updated than some of the others we've rented over the years, and we will definitely return for future 4th of July's.

Best place ever!!

The host, Cheryl Garner, was totally amazing!! She responded quickly to all questions. The place was absolutely wonderful and had everything we needed for our vacation!! Definitely stay again!!!

Perfect Place at PCB

Great beach condo! We and our adult children LOVED this place. The back porch leads to a boardwalk and out to the white sands and emerald waters. Inside is lovely, comfy, updated and so clean. We had a great view of the water whether outside or in. Sunnyside is the quieter, less crowded end of the beach. Perfect!
