The new building is modeled after the resort architecture of Kühlungsborn. The beach near location (about 20m) and the proximity to the center (about 200 m) is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Simply generous! One of the most beautiful Kühlungsborner Bäderarchitekturensembles combines particularly comfortable and spacious living comfort with a historic ambience. The house is located on the magnificent beach promenade of Kühlungsborn, just a few meters from the beach, the Kühlungsborner pier and the shopping boulevard away. In 1905, the stylish Villa Laura was built as Waldidyll and lovingly restored after more than 100 years. The typical resort architecture radiates again in old splendor. In the house there is a coin-operated laundry machine and a laundromat for common use. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house with a loggia and a balcony to the north side and a balcony to the west side. It offers for 4 people a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom (separated by a partition from the living area) with single bed and a sofa bed. The living area has a modern fitted kitchen m. Dishwasher, a dining table and a sofa set with sofa set. The modern decor includes color TV. The shower / toilet completes the beautiful apartment. Pets are not allowed, smoking is only allowed outside. The parking space no. 5 is at your disposal. The pitches are double parkers. Please make sure that your car does not exceed a length of more than 5.00 m, a width of more than 1.90 m and a height of 1.80 m, so that there is no inconvenience during your stay. Roof boxes, bicycle mounts and car antennas, etc. are to be removed before the entrance. Permissible total weight is 2000 kg. Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings. The minimum stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights. Both the consumption costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
