The refurbished Seehuus in 2019 is located on the beautiful North Sea island of Wangerooge and offers plenty of space for up to 8 people. Perfectly suited for large families or for a relaxing holiday with several couples.
(Surcharge for one of more than 6 people 25.00 euros per person per night. Base price per night includes 6 guests)
The apartment is on the lower floor of a single house.
The Seehuus impresses with four spacious bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet, as well as 2 terraces (south side and north side)
Three bedrooms welcome you with a 180 cm double bed at hotel comfort level and the fourth bedroom can be used optimally as a second living room or can be converted into a comfortable bedroom in a minute. All rooms are equipped with a flat TV.
The high-quality design kitchen with cooking island leaves nothing to be desired in order to prepare a delicious meal for 8 people, which can then be enjoyed together in the large dining room.
In the spacious and light-flooded living room, eight people can relax at any time.

Schöne Wohnung in Bahnhofsnähe

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Auch im Küchenbereich findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Flughafennähe und somit etwas dezentral. Zum Strand sind es etwa 1 km zu laufen.

Familienurlaub

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Die Wohnung bot 4. Generationen (6Ewr./1Kind) mehr als genug Platz. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Ein Zimmer hatte noch einen Extraraum wo unsere Tochter ungestört im gestellten Bett schlafen konnte. Der Esstisch bot allen genug Platz und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Schlichtes Design was für alle passte. Bahnhof und Fahrradverleih war in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Persönliches Highlight war der überdachte Hintereingang wo man Nasse und sandige Sachen ausziehen und lassen konnte. Kommunikation und Planung mit der Vermieterin waren super reibungslos und einfach. Wenn wir das nächste Mal auf der Insel sind werden wir gerne wiederkommen. Beste Grüße Familie Lichtschlag/Hanka/Bongartz

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, well-stocked and prepared. The service was excellent, the owner provided additional toddler beds, bedding and chairs to accommodate us with several young kids. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gross, für unsere Bedürfnisse auch perfekt geschnitten mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einem weiteren Durchgangszimmer, in dem die Babies geschlafen haben. Wir sind mit vier Erwachsenen, zwei Babys und einem Kind angereist und es war wirklich alles da, von Waschmaschine über Trockner, Spülmaschine und genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche verfügbar, die Wohnung ist generell auf hohen Standard ausgestattet. Sogar zwei Babybetten und zwei Hochstühle wurden uns auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt ohne Aufpreis. Wohnung kindersicher, schöner Garten und kleiner, windgeschützer Balkon (kindersicher) Kommunikation top! Vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Positiv mit kleinen Abweichungen

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet und genügend Platz. Das Durchgangszimmer mit Schlafcouch und angrenzendem Scglafzimmer eignet sich gut für eine Familie mit Kindern. Die 2 seperaten Schlafzimmer bieten genügend Platz für 2 weitere Paare. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, sowie das Bad mit Waschmaschin und Trockner. Ein einziges Manko an der Wohnung war allerdings, dass diese mit 2 Badezimmern beschrieben wurde. Dies ist leider nicht der Fall. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche innerhalb der Wohnung. Im Flur außerhalb der Wohnung (hier ist allerdings auch der Treppenaufgang für die obere Wohnung ) befindet sich eine Gästetoilette. Das ist für uns ein großes Minus gewesen. Es war auch in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Das sollte dringend geändert werden. Wir hatten die Wohnung hauptsächlich wegen der 2 Badezimmer angemietet, da wir mit den Eltern unterwegs waren und dort 2 getrennte Bäder wichtig gewesen wären. Wer also mit rinem Bad bei 8 Personen auskommt, hat hier eine schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage.
