Bright and friendly apartment in a classically beautiful thatched roof house, tastefully decorated with enough space for the whole family.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen in the Frisian style as well as a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. The spacious living and dining area leads to the garden, a sun terrace with seating and a cozy Sylt beach chair are also included.
In the basement there are two double bedrooms, one with an additional sofa bed and a shower room with sink and toilet.

Kurzurlaub Sommer 2022

Wohnung ist super gelegen und nach Keitum werden wir sicherlich wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Unsere Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt, allerdings waren mir persönlich zu viele private Dinge in der Wohnung. In jeder Schublade und in jedem Schrank waren Sachen, so das man keinen Platz hatte etwas zu verstauen. Generell hatte man den Eindruck das vielleicht mal wieder eine Renovierung der ganzen Wohnung klasse wäre. Einrichtung sehr zusammengewürfelt und etwas abgewohnt. Steckdosen und Schalter mindestens seit 25 Jahren verbaut. Ich finde für den Preis 2100€ für eine Woche kann man auch mal etwas in die Wohnung investieren und regelmäßig "aufhübschen"

Sehr ungepflegt Wohnung und Sammelsurium an Wäsche

Hallo, wir hatten die Eindruck dass die Wäsche schon Wochen lang im Schrank gelegen hatte. Sie roch sehr muffig und bestand aus allerlei zusammen gewürfelten Stücke Das Untrere Zimmer hat es so gut iwie kein Licht. Es war weder bei der Anreise noch bei der Abreise jemand vor Ort.. wir sind nicht bereit nur einen Cent für die Wäsche noch zu zahlen. Wir haben fast 3000 € für die Wohnung bezahlt was in keiner Relation stehtMit wir fahren schon seit Jahren nach Keitum aber sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Johann Becker

Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig

Der Kühlschrank war stark verschmutzt, der Esstisch voller Krümel und der Toiletten definitiv nicht gereinigt. Das war ein unschöner Start. Das Warmwasser war beim duschen nicht verlässlich, es wurde immer mal wieder kalt.Der Aufenthalt an sich war gut, die Wohnung ok. Keitum ist wunderschön.

Toller Aufenthalt in Keitum

Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine tolle Größe für Eltern mit 3 Kindern! Man hat 2 getrennte Badezimmer! Das Wohnzimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse ist ein großer Tisch für Mahlzeiten und ein Strandkorb. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung prima ausgestattet und vor allem auch die Küche. Für jeden Bedarf gibt es ein Küchenutensil und für jedes Gericht die passende Schüssel oder Platte etc.! In Keitum kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen und die Lädchen, Restaurants und wunderschönen Häuser genießen! Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub!
