This peaceful 3-bedroom house features lots of natural light and a spacious yard with patio and bbq grill. *New couch, photos to come.* Everything you need for an extended stay, and a great hike base to explore Denver and the mountains. Large primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Another bathroom with shower, full tub, and bidet. Gigabit internet and sit/stand desk for your remote workspace. 5 minutes to Belmar, 15 min to downtown Denver, 24 min to Red Rocks. Walkable to King Soopers, bars and restaurants, and nearby stores.

Great for pets!

Primary bedroom with ensuite 1/2 bath. 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom / office with sit+stand desk and printer, and option for a single bed and/or an air mattress. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook big meals. House evaporative cooler for those summer days and plenty of fans available.

Fully fenced in backyard, great for dogs! Grass, trees, flowers, and bushes that have not seen poisons since I bought the house almost 6 years ago - all-natural weed-pulling by hand and boiling water only.

Great for those relocating! Huge (1000+ sq ft) basement can be used for storage.

Super-fast gigabit fiber internet, and 3rd bedroom can be used as an office with sit/stand desk and extra monitor for your use.

Stress-free stay!

My stay couldn't of been any better thanks to Kelly. He made sure the house was always stocked with pantry items, shampoo/conditioner, towels, etc. Having a washer and dryer on site was very convenient, along with this house also being pet friendly! From booking this property, to check in, to check out, it went very smoothly.

Perfect place for vacationing with pets

We decided to take our two big dogs on vacation and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and loved the yard. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was so we could cook while we were there. I also appreciate the binder full of information left for us and the owner checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect fit for a long term rental

We rented the house for a long term stay over the summer and found the fully fenced backyard, access to the washer and dryer, and the stocked kitchen to be really helpful for this length of stay. The property manager was super responsive to our needs and kept in good communication. I'd recommend the owner replace the sofa. Looking back at images its obviously been broken for a long time. Trimming the bushes around the driveway would make it far more accessible for a passenger to enter or exit the vehicle too. Nothing that's a deal breaker though, for an affordable and clean place.

Stale air, in poor repair, overgrown shrubs in driveway

Dishwasher was broken and was informed the day of check in. Got there and the inside air was very stale smelled like wet animal. Office room had layer of dust on desk. During stay, was given 15 min notification that someone was coming by(we were out visiting family) to drop off a blender that we never requested. Linen closet was in total disarray. Lists 2 bathrooms but is really 1.5. Yard is unkempt. You can choose not to use weed control and still NOT have a crappy yard. Driveway cannot open door on passenger side because shrubs are so overgrown. Way overpriced! Not for actual adults coming to CO NOT for the pot culture.
