About this property

The flats
Our stone house "Patriko House" has been completely restored or renovated in 2018, both inside and out. The house has a circumference of 8x8 meters plus 12 square meters terrace, stairs.
The spacious terrace invites you for a leisurely breakfast in the morning. Even in the evening with subtle lighting of the stone wall to your left, you can enjoy a glass of wine there. Of course, you can also switch on the entire balcony lighting and see your self-groomed fish better. Our barbecue is next to the little house in the same yard.
home equipment
In our house there are 2 apartments. The lower apartment can be reached from the courtyard with only 3 steps. Both apartments contain 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room on the hinged couch can sleep another person. In addition to the facility is a baby cot available. Babies and toddlers weighing up to 15 kilograms can safely stay in there if desired.
The kitchenettes are fully equipped: coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge and iron.
The bathroom has a washing machine and hair dryer. Hot water is channeled through the solar system on the roof to the bathroom and kitchen.
In the living room hangs a large flat screen on the wall. A satellite dish on the roof assures you a good reception from many German channels, English, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish and Turkish channels.
Free internet is available. English and German books can be found in our bookshelf next to the front door, in case of boredom. Each apartment has air conditioning and since 2024 also in the bedroom withthe double bed.
Important notes
1. The bringing of pets is prohibited.
Second Every 4 days we give you fresh sheets and towels. The towels are intended for the house and not to take to the beach. Thank you for your understanding! We will not enter the apartment during your stay.
Third Under the stairs in the storage room you will find brooms, dustpan, bucket, mop and ironing board. The iron is in the kitchen cupboard.
4th Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
5th Rest periods: 15: 00-17: 30 and 23: 00-07: 00
From 15:00 clock is check in!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Es war alles bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, sowohl inhaltlich als auch zeitlich.Selbst bei gesundheitlichem Problem haben sie weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Très beau logement comme neuf dans petit village

Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel avec 2 chambres sdb salon cuisine. Terrasse agréable et barbecue. Logement situé dans le petit village d agios nikolaos très sympa avec commerce de proximité, place avec bar restaurant à 50m de la maison, pharmacie, pédiatre, médecin... De magnifiques plages à moins de 20min en voiture et notre plage préférée qui se situe à moins de 10min en voiture qui est Lagonisi. Ayant fait toutes les plages du secteur c est celle que nous avons préféré avec les enfants. Andrea notre Hôte est très discrète et très sympathique. Nous avions droit à nos poivrons et tomates du jardin des notre arrivée et les filles ont eu droit à leur petit cadeau en repartant. Je conseille ce logement aux personnes voulant faire que des sorties plages restaurants... Mais il n y a pas d aquarium ou autres choses à faire avec des enfants en bas âge mais nous étions juste venu cherché de belles plages et de la tranquillité au vu des circonstances sanitaires nous voulions éviter les foules. Encore merci à Andrea.

Excellent!! A great value

Patrico house was absolutely great!! A brand new property located on the quite and beautiful town of Agios Nicholaos but still at close driving distance to beautiful beaches and sites in the area. Parking is right on the property (A plus!). We also enjoyed the delicious tomatoes from Andrea’s garden. Great place, caring hosts, great value!!
