Villa Elize is a newly built holiday home with pool in the village of Vabriga, 7 km from Poreč and 1500m from the beaches and holiday resort Lanterna. It is on its own 500 m2 of fenced property and offers its guests a private pool of 24m2, loungers, covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and 2 parking spaces in the yard. The house is in a quiet place, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Villa Elize is suitable for up to 8 people and has 180 m2 of living space spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with exit to the covered terrace and outside area, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower / toilet. On the upper floor there are three double bed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with an exit to the covered and furnished balcony with sea view. The whole house is fully air-conditioned.
NOTE: Guests have free entry to the Lanterna holiday resort during their stay.

The twin town of Tar-Vabriga has so far been spared from mass tourism, but still offers an excellent infrastructure with bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The Lanterna peninsula with many beautiful beaches is only 1.5 km away. Tar-Vabriga is also an excellent starting point to get to know Istria. The coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The Istrian hinterland with the artist town Grožnjan or the historic mountain village Motovun can be reached quickly.
