The modern vacation home called "Meer & Mehr I" is located in the middle of OstseeResort Olpenitz, directly between the nearby Baltic Sea beach and Marina Olpenitz, a yacht and sailing harbor. Lots of light wood, natural tones and high-quality furnishings ensure a wonderful feel-good atmosphere.

Right next door is the sister house "Meer & Mehr II" (DOP105), which is identical in construction. (DOP105), which can also be rented through Novasol. This means that you can enjoy a vacation here with your extended family or several friends at the same time and still enjoy privacy.

The vacation home with distant views of the sea and harbor can accommodate up to four adults and two children. The rooms are spread over two floors. There are two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. There are two additional beds on the sofa bed in the living area. The two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one on the upper floor with a shower/bathtub, make it perfect for a vacation with several people. The private infrared cabin in the vacation home is located in the bathroom on the ground floor. Here you can warm up again after a long walk by the Baltic Sea. The wood-burning stove in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere. You also have a 4K Smart TV, a Magenta TV Box with hard disk receiver, a Bose soundbar and a 4K Blu-ray player at your disposal. An in-house Telekom fiber optic connection enables fast Internet (wired and Wi-Fi) independent of the resort's Wi-Fi.

The open and spacious terrace of the house invites you to sunbathe or share meals with the whole family. A high-quality Weber electric barbecue is available here, so that nothing stands in the way of barbecue evenings together. You can store your bicycles in the shed. Indoor and outdoor games are fun for the whole family. A handcart makes it easy to transport the two sun loungers and other equipment to the nearby sandy beach. You can end the day in the sheltered beach chair with a glass of wine.

As the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the patio furniture is only available in the summer months. In the winter months, they are safely stowed away due to the often strong winds.

Enjoy your spontaneous short trip, a long weekend, a long, relaxing summer vacation or a break in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and it is all the more cozy in the vacation home.
Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbor basin.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person or bring their own.
