Amazing 4/3 house situated in the popular gated community of Crystal Cove!!!

The living area is very spacious with laminate flooring to gather with the family for a movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for the entire family. There is also a screen enclosed which faces west so benefits from the afternoon and evening sun. Master bedroom comes with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with modern decoration. Second bedroom comes with a queen bed with modern decoration. Third and fourth bedroom comes with 2 twin beds in each bedroom.

There is also an outdoor BBQ for entertaining in style.
Crystal Cove resort is a new gated community. It is just 15 minutes from Disney attractions and close to the shops and restaurants in the area. It is also convenient for golf nearby. Amenities include community pool, clubhouse, exercise room, gated entry. BE THE FIRST AND MAKE LASTING MEMORIES AT Yellow Retreat!!!

Amenities are not accurate

Housekeeping was taking place a hour into my arrival. the pool was dirty with frogs and lizards. no pool table or hot tub as listed. maintenance came into the house while i was naked in the bed without notice. Management did nothing to accommodate me but tell me I could leave and be reimbursed but I was on vacation and couldn’t rebook a place in such short notice. stay away from this home and management company!!!

Beautiful

The house was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of space, clean decor and great private pool. The only problem we had was with the check out process, specifically the instructions indicating that we had to take out all the trash , load the dishwasher, put all the towels in the washer ect before 10am. We payed the cleaning fee that’s included with the price so I don’t see why we were required to do their job however we wouldn’t have left the place trashed or dirty anyway . That aside ,beautiful home and would definitely stay again !
