The private, screened pool , lounge chairs, patio seating, spa (pool heating is an ADDITIONAL FEE), and a safety gate. Each bathroom is equipped with 1 roll of toilet paper (additional toilet paper is the guest's responsibility). We will provide 1 pool towel & 1 bath towel per guest capacity.

PARKING: Please abide by parking guidelines provided by The Retreat at ChampionsGate. There is a 5 car maximum per home. Additional cars are subject to fees by The Retreat by ChampionsGate. Please utilize the parking space at The Oasis Club for additional cars. Tropical Escape Resort Homes is NOT responsible for any towing charges. Please contact The Oasis Club for more information

TRASH PICKUP: Please utilize the bench located in the entryway of the front door of the home. Trash pickup is every day.

CHECK-IN ACCESS: This home is protected by an electronic lock in which you will receive details according to how you booked your home. Check-in time is at 4PM. Please call our office for checking in early.

Family Vacation

The house was great had lots of room for the entire family, when ever we needed anything looked they came out pretty quickly. The pool wasn't the warmest the first couple of days, but it was perfect temperature the last few days.

Worth the stay...but.

8-60+ year old golfers. great location to courses. Plenty of room. Nice furnishings. Clean. Only issues: could use a up-grade on a couple of frying pans, not all tv's worked. Would definitely book again.

Not too bad

The house served its purpose. We did not use the game room because we couldn't figure out how to turn the games on. The basketball game seemed to be broken. Most of the remotes didn't work on the tv's upstairs. The tissue holder in the master suite downstairs was broken. The fridge didn't get very cold. There was not a dish rag for us to clean the dishes without using the dish washer. We could not use our bluetooth speaker outside because the power outlet didn't work. But overall it was a decent house to stay in. Just need a little work. I will rent it again because like I said it was not bad and the issues we had did not dampen our stay at all. We did not contact management because the things that was in defect was not so serious that we found the need to do so. I was impress that my cell worked without WIFI. This is actually the first time I got good cell services in a house in Champions Gate out of the three times I have stayed there so far.
