For a closer-to-home adventure, take the two adult-sized bikes for a relaxing trail ride, or visit the nearby community pickleball courts! Zi-on the Prize will become your favorite vacation destination to visit again and again!

Nestled in the heart of the red rocks of Southern Utah, Escondido at Sienna Hills is one of St. George's newest and nicest communities! Enjoy all that this amazing community has to offer including a large pool, complete with a lazy river and tall waterslide. Two pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, hiking/biking trails, lake fun, and more await you when you stay in Escondido!

Spring Break Trip

We had a great time staying in this condo. The hostess was great to deal with. The kids loved the pool and the pickleball courts.

Very poor communication and a horrible policy resolving issues

We got to the property and they were still cleaning from the previous people and said it wasn’t ready for at least an hour more. Poor communication. When we finally got settled in the house 2 hours later we found dog hair on the black pillow cases even though it’s suppose to be pet free. Kids have allergies so this was not cool. Main TV was broken so we couldn’t watch a movie. They said they pay for dinner then tried backing out of paying the full amount after we ordered. With all the rest of the troubles they said they would help with compensation by the next day and we never heard back. We save up for vacation and to have a horrible experience is very unfortunate then to top off with bad customer service in such a high end place is mind blowing.

Great Experience

Clean, Open space, Comfortable. Management was helpful. Ford Expedition didn't fit in the garage so needed to park on the street. If you want to park in the garage drive a smaller car. overall great experience.
