Our 7 Bed/4 Bath oceanfront home is perfect for your family with up to 14 guests. With beautiful views from both the upper living room, lower bedrooms, and patio area you can enjoy views of Newport Beach from almost anywhere in our home.

Our home provides garage parking for 4, indoor fireplaces, Smart TV's, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, and Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc.

Our home consists of 2 separate units and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has 2 fully equipped kitchens (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc),Smart TVs, (1) Balcony with outdoor dining table, (1) Patio on the sand with outdoor furniture and dining table (2) Propane BBQ's, (2) Washer/ (2) Dryer, Garage Parking for 4, and much more!

HOME LOCATION
For those of you looking to enjoy a Beachfront Vacation you have found the right place.

Located on 41st St, directly on the sand with volleyball courts right out front and the beach boardwalk entrance just a few blocks away, you are never far from all the action Newport Beach has to provide.

From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-Board lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

PETS

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.

Beach House 2023
We did not get in until 5:30 on Saturday. The cleaners we delayed and honestly working as hard and as fast as they could. A phone call could have helped us. We could have slowed down our arrival. Instead we spent 90 minutes driving around. The downstairs air mattress does not stay inflated. The upstairs screen door kept falling off the track. One patio light is hanging out of its socket. We would have vacuumed if you had that appliance available. There was some issue with the front door lock upstairs. The outlets in the downstairs front bath don’t work as well as another in the “ room” right across from the bath. and with those few issues we had a wonderful time.

Lots of Fun But . . .
Five ample parking spaces! Also, we really liked not having to fight the traffic going down the peninsula. Great patio with fire pit, ample seating, and loungers (in fact this is what sold us on this property) which accommodated our entire group of 16. However, this property needed a deep clean, more thorough surface cleaning, and some updating. We didn't call management regarding this but did call about a leaking, wet, and sandy air mattress which they replaced quickly. I believe if we'd asked about the cleaning they would have addressed that as well. Both kitchens were very small and with a group of 16 between both properties we didn't find adequate space (except on patio) to comfortably gather all together for games, eating, etc. The price point was higher than any property we've rented in NB and also the least satisfactory, but it was the parking and patio that drew us in. The quality of the property wasn't worth what we paid. We had issues with the refrigerator and an insect problem which management said they addressed after we left. When we were able to reach management they were helpful and courteous. Bottom line, we always enjoy our beach vacations in spite of inconveniences but I wouldn't consider renting this property again.

Property in very poor condition
Water coming through living room light fixture during rain from upper deck. Two days to get heat turned on. This property is overall in very poor condition.
