This bungalow retreat has one bedroom but can sleep four with a sleeper .A walk in shower and washer and dryer to use at your convince. Nice quiet area conveniently close to shops ,different places to eat, and very close to our famous Wesley Chapel lagoon .

House of flies

House was full of fruit flies, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Bed had no Box spring and very low to the ground. Couch bad no support.

It was fine

I booked this instead of a hotel for 2 nights because I wanted a kitchen. The place was clean except the fridge had a stale smell and the ice maker didn’t work. During the day there was construction, which was noisy and one of the access roads was blocked off. That’s not the owner’s fault but it’s information for anyone booking now. Note that you have to take out the trash and strip the beds or risk losing your deposit. My opinion on this is that is what the cleaning fee is for. Staying here is more expensive than a hotel yet I have to do more. But I didn’t deduct points for that since I’ve stayed at other VRBOs that ask the same. I like to know that ahead of time though because it does make a difference to me. Overall it was quiet at night and has lots of parking as advertised.
