This beach condo is located in Playa Langosta, in a resort-like gated community, that offers you full services alongside two pools, three outdoor grilling areas, a masseuse on site, an outdoor lounging area, also plenty of poolside chairs. This modern vacation home comes with high-speed Wifi, cable, A/C, and concierge services.

We recommend prearrival shopping for your convenience, to cook at your ease in the fully state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, you can spend time together in the spacious dining area making every meal time an easier task. There is also a living room to enjoy your favorite movie or just take a nap before sunbathing.

For your proper rest, all our rooms have high-quality mattresses and linens. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, closet, a private bathroom as well as sliding doors that lead you to a terrace where you can relax wrapped by the beachy breeze. The second room has a queen bed and closet. There is also a private laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The landscape, wildlife, 2 residential pool areas, 2 gyms, and rooftop terrace are sure to make your stay very enjoyable. End each night with the most beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. And when the timing is right, you will see a family of Howler monkeys from your private balcony as well. We can't wait to welcome you to Playa Langosta.

Family and friends Vacation

The property is amazing and definitely will be returning to Peninsula for future vacations. We were staying in another condo with friends the first week in the other building and asked Blue Zone if it would be possible for an early check-in as five members of our friend's family were arriving on our check-in day. I thought it would be easier for everyone if we could move all of our things out of the condo so they could move in. Property Manager Kelly was extremely accommodating and gave us a time to access the condo prior to check-in and store our luggage. Property Manager, Olber Torres sent a nasty email and reprimanded us for going into the condo prior to check-in when we had received prior permission from Kelly. We did not appreciate being disrespected and treated rudely for just alerting Blue Zone that the prior tenant had left a cell phone. Other than that incident we love Peninsula and Safety and Security staff were amazing.

Nice attention to detail.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not like many villas where the basic necessities is the norm - This one is super well equipped. Manager is very courteous and attentive. She keeps it simple! Good place to disconnect.
