Penny's Beach Retreat - Beachfront Condo with awesome views from every room!

Fountain Beach Resort 301 offers a fantastic location, with awesome views!

The bedroom has two brand new amazingly comfortable mattresses and bed linens. With one king and one queen size bed, the room still has plenty of space. A dresser, closet with full length mirror, nightstand, large screen tv and a private balcony.

You will enjoy the awesome views from every seat in the house! There is a small kitchen, with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The dining room table seats 4 and is a nice area to work remotely, while enjoying that peaceful view. A large variety of games and tv channels are available for a relaxing night in, enjoying each other's company. A second private balcony just off the living area looks over the pool and beach. A great place for morning coffee to watch the sunrise or a nightcap in the evening for sunset views.

You will want to take full advantage of the seasonally heated pool, hot tub live music/ DJ and tiki bar just outside your door. Shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk, live concerts, dancing and a fishing pier are just a short beach walk away.

If you like to venture out during your stay, you may want to visit the following:
Daytona International Speedway (10 min drive and lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby)
The Boardwalk with a theater, live concerts, restaurants and shopping (5 min drive or a 15 min walk on the beach)
Kennedy Space Center (1 hour drive)

Penny’s Perfection

Penny’s condo was incredible and even more than we were expecting. She planned for everything from beach chairs to wine glasses and everything in between. Her communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Nice getaway

The unit was well equipped and spacious with a wonderful ocean view. The host was accessible and easy to work with. The location is very walkable. Our only issue was that this unit is located within a hotel, and although hot tub rules are posted, there were unattended kids jumping in and out of the hot tub constantly. When we brought it to the attention of the pool attendant, he said he had asked a kid to leave for unruly behavior and got told by the hotel management not to do that anymore after the mother complained. Overall, it is a four star experience if you aren’t counting on an adult hot tub, because there are no rules at this place (not the fault of the host, but due to the fact that the condo is located in a public hotel with poor oversight).

Amazing Beachfront Condo

This is an amazing condo! We have stayed in a lot of condos, and this one was the best by far. Penny has thought of everything you might need. She provides beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and a coffee bar! The location is amazing- both the propery location and the beach front condo with amazing views from the 2 balconies. There is a fun Tiki bar on site with great food and the pool and hot tub are so nice. Within walking distance to several restaurants. She provides everything you might need if you are coming in from out of town and its wonderful! I will stay here again when we come back to Daytona Beach!

Best room ever

This was by far one of the cleanest and nicest condos we have ever stayed. She had coffee stocked for me, along with plenty of extra blankets and towels. The only thing we needed to buy was food and laundry detergent. Everything else was provided! The room overlooked the pool and beach and had incredible views. I will stay here again.

Perfect spot.

Beautiful views of pool and ocean. Tiki bar had great pizza. The condo is so cozy , this is a lovely place and we will definitely go back! Basically no driving necessary. Nice relaxing weekend!

Grandma's Paradise Spring break.

Condo had amazing views. Relaxing at all times. Steps to the ocean and pool. Easy access. My three grandsons loved it. A great place to vacation with a mixture of ages that attend there. Young people, teenagers, older people and lots of grandparents.

AWESOME VIEWS!!!

First time staying in VRBO and our experience was great. Loved the location being right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. This unit has 2 balconies to sit and look at the ocean. Then there is several windows with the same view. Loved having the amenities of home. Having 2 bathrooms was definitely a plus. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was fantastic

Everyone from the host to the employees at the property were very responsive and friendly. The property is in a fabulous location. The condo itself was perfect for us. Well appointed and beds were very comfortable with great linen. The pool and Oasis bar were a plus.

Daytona 500 trip

The view was wonderful of the ocean and it was very clean and accommodating. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and shower was huge in the bedroom! Close to Daytona speedway restaurants and activities also had a washer and dryer in the hotel with a tiki bar outside beside the hot tub and pool. Nice place to stay.

The view!

Such a nice condo. It feels like a home. It had everything. Games, coffee, large refrigerator, plenty of nice towels. The beds are very comfortable. Very clean!

It was the perfect size for us! Decorated beautifully. Great shower, beds comfortable. Had tons of games and books! Very considerate host. Went the extra mile to make sure u had a great time! Beach was beautiful and close Fun to watch cars get stuck in the sand all day 😂😂😂 great time !

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed at Penny's retreat this past Thursday - Sunday. Penny was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and courteous. Her unit really is a " Retreat", and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The fact it was decorated so beautifully and had a lot of very nice touches makes this property extra special. It made you feel very welcome and at home. We have been going to Fountain Beach for many many years. It was unfortunate the facility has some hurricane repairs to still work out, but overall a wonderful stay. Thank you Penny for sharing with us. :)

Beautiful place to decompress

My husband and I stayed in the condo Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. This was a trip to decompress & we had a wonderful spot to do so. We spent alot of time enjoyingvthe view from the swivel chairs in front of the oceanside window people watching. Unfortunately, we had to leave early (unexpectedly) but we would recommend this property. Penny was great with communication as well :)

Daytona vacation

The condo was very nice, a lot of personal touches that were impressive. No dishwasher working didnt like or ability to coo much. But the beds were heavenly. Resort was loud and not very secure itself. If you are into partying the resort is for you. The owner of the condo was great i would stay with any place besides this resort. The host was great the resort were it was located was awful. Again the condo itself was beautiful..

Beautiful Condo

The condo was so clean and well kept! The amenities provided to us were perfect as well! We played the board games, and used the beach chairs and towels that were provided. The stairs were almost done for beach access (they got ruined in the hurricane), but access to the beach is still easy. I would definitely recommend this property, and I'm for sure coming back!
