Amazing stay!

We were in town for a wedding. This was the perfect place for us to stay. Heather could not have been friendlier or more accommodating as we needed to have an early check in due to time of the wedding and our arrival. The place was impeccably clean. They also have thought of every amenity you would need as well. The décor and theme was on point. We highly recommend you stay and check it out. Perfect location too! Walking distance to all the fun.

Excellent, Cozy Location

I would highly recommend the Emerald Ritz for those looking to be in the heart of downtown Sanford. This is a cozy place conveniently located within a walking distance of all the restaurants, breweries, and other historic downtown Sanford sites.

Hidden Gem!

The Emerald Ritz is perfect for a couples getaway! Located in a great little historic town with plenty to do right outside the door and close enough to the beaches, Universal and Disney. The host couldn't have been any more attentive, they are wonderful hosts.
