There's also nearby Trolley Park, which serves as the neighborhood hangout for laying in the sun, concerts, and movies in the park, and a playground for families. The Diversionary Theatre puts on local productions at its location on Park Boulevard.

We perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests' convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay!

Additionally, the community common areas have 24/7 surveillance.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your apartment, or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction. Please review our house rules, any violation of house rules including Noise Violation will be fined $250 or lead to forfeiture of security deposit.
