Great decorated apartment, located in Condomínio Recanto da Lagoa, in Itacimirim, with full infrastructure: 24-hour concierge, swimming pool, garden, relaxation space, party room, kiosk with bar and gym.

The space is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with Smart TV, integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 suite) equipped with Split type air conditioning and a great balcony to relax!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy;
