Built in the 70's, this spacious farmhouse will sure to bring you joy and relaxation. This 3 bedroom 2 full bath home sits on 12 acres with 7-acre lake for guests to enjoy. Guests are welcome to fish (catch and release please) and have full walking access around the entire lake. Relax on the back-covered patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Feel free to pick pecans from the many pecan trees located on the property. Please note that this property is close to the interstate thus resulting in traffic noise. Also, No cable TV in the home. Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room.

Weekend getaway

Absolutely love this property. 2nd time to stay here. We were able to catch a lot of fish. The house is Absolutely perfect for a quick getaway. Will definitely be back

Great stay yet again

We stay at this house just about every year and it just keeps getting better. Karen is great to communicate with, the beds are super comfortable and there is now a TV in master :) love that!!! Lots of fish to catch this time around. Thanks again for another great vacation stay, we will be back.

The perfect eclipse getaway.

The house was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The property was beautiful and the fishing was absolutely fantastic. We had a blast, thank you so much for having us.

Great Stay!

We choose this home to host our family Christmas this year. A majority of the family lives in the area and this was a great central point for everyone as it is right off of the interstate. The home has a large font yard and a nice lake in the back. You can watch cows grazing from most windows which was great as well. The home is clean and very well decorated. We spent a lot of time in the game room shooting pool. The kitchen had the needed tools for cooking and a grill outside. Lots of furniture was outside for hanging out as well. The beds were very comfortable for a great nights sleep. We needed to reach out to the owner and she responded immediately and ensured everything was taken care of. The communication was perfect and we appreciated the very fast response. I highly recommend this home for your next stay in Texarkana!
