Take a short drive to the Gulf of Mexico where you can play all day on the waves parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, boating, deep-sea fishing, and so much more. It's only three miles to downtown Sarasota, where you'll find local eateries, arts, shops, and family-friendly attractions. When you want to stay closer to home base, take a dip in the sparkling pool on-site.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Take a load off and settle on the plush furniture in the living area, hold a great conversation with your loved ones, or host a movie night on the large TV. The open and airy concept of the townhome promotes togetherness, so no conversation will be lost here! Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the beautiful kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with ample room for personal effects. Get a great night's rest from the day's activities in the main bedroom, equipped with a fantastic view, a large walk-in closet, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Step out onto your private lanai to watch the sunset with your favorite drink in hand.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
