There is nothing like having your own little private space - the enclosed backyard adds that much-needed privacy touch and offers a shaded place for the kids to play in, a two-person table, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues with the family.

Upon entering this charming home, guests will first come across one of the bedrooms and an office-like space with designated workspaces, perfect for those who need to study or work from home! A beautifully decorated hallway will lead you to the spacious main living space, featuring an open floor plan seamlessly combining the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room offers comfortable sofas and chairs facing a wood-burning fireplace and a large smart TV with streaming capabilities. The well-appointed kitchen features tiled floors, a built-in oven and microwave, a stainless steel fridge and dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. The extensive breakfast bar has enough space for three people and this adds up to the six-person dining table.

The main bedroom of the home has carpeted floors, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity, a tiled soaking tub, and a stand-alone shower. The other three bedrooms share access to the second bathroom. Additional amenities include a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
