A Great Place For Families!

The pool was perfect for our young kids. They spent countless hours swimming and playing. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting, close to major roadways and 15-20 minutes from awesome beaches. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family, and had everything we needed! The house was clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the game room at night after a full day at the beach, and the pool is magnificent. It is in a great location with easy access to the airport and many beaches. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a nice little bonus!! We had a great week here, and will definitely be back!!

Great Family Getaway

We arrived late on our check in date and the keyless check in/entry was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with all the comforts of home. There was more than enough room for our family of 7. Our boys loved the 2-bunk bedroom and that they had their own TV. Our daughter loved having a room to herself with her own TV. The pool was the highlight for the kids. It was clean and stocked with tons of pool toys and floating devices. The game room was also a favorite and welcomed on the one rainy day we had. The house is on a quiet street and located close to Publix, Walmart, Target and other shops. Easy access to the highways and easy access to many of the beaches. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach including towels, cooler, umbrella, chairs, wagon, games and more. Would definitely choose this home again for a trip to sunny Florida!

Perfect place for a Cape Coral vacation!

This house has everything we needed to make our vacation a success! We spent a lot of time out on the beautiful lanai, swimming in the private pool until late at night and cooking some great meals on the gas grill. This house is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do while we were there; we spent a day in Fort Meyers on the beach then enjoyed the food and shops, and another day at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Both places offered outdoor seating and live music. The check in process was easy, the house was clean, and the beds were SO comfortable. The only thing I will do differently next time is bring more swimsuits as we spent most of our time in the water while we were there! I would highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back!
