Located in the Keopu neighborhood of Holualoa, known for its dense soil and great coffee, which grows in the front yard, this gem is mere minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, and all of the excitement of the Big Island. You're just two miles away from an artist colony where weekly artist markets take place. When you want to stay closer to home base, this property boasts a firepit, lush landscaping, and two furnished decks off of each level of the home with uninterrupted ocean views overlooking the west coast of Hawaii and Kona Town, known specifically as Kailua Kona.

After sipping a cocktail while the sun dips below the horizon, head inside and treat yourself to some downtime in comfort. The interior of this gem is outfitted with tropical decor, comfortable furnishings, tile flooring, and an open layout designed for entertainment. The two levels of the home are separate to give multiple families or groups of friends their privacy. Upstairs, kick back in the living area to reminisce about the fun that day, or step into the full kitchen to show off your culinary skills using up-to-date appliances, gas range, cookware, and dishwasher. Downstairs, you can take advantage of the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker to whip up quick snacks. Typical and tropical Hawaiian house out in the green
We loved the ambiance outside for our dinner and the privacy. The neighbors and owners of the house were very friendly, brought some fruits and banana bread. We have spent a wonderful time and felt very welcomed, Thank you !

Kona Family Vacation
The house itself is beautiful. It is in a quite neighborhood, remote from the busier Kona area. About a 15-20 minute drive to Kona area activities. It does not have air conditioning but since the house is up on a mountain side it was cool enough with the ceiling fans. A couple of rooms could have used extra fans. Our three biggest issues were that we literally only had two days of hot water.We contacted the company several times and we were told the water heater is set on a timer to turn on at4am, 12pm and 4pm. We shouldn't have to time our showers around those times, especially with a family of 11 who rented the entire house. The rest of the days we had to take cold showers. The downstairs bedrooms all had a mildew/musty smell. The hot tub is not convenient to get to and does not have proper lighting for when it gets dark. We were excited to use it but decided we did not want to be bitten up by mosquitoes. Don't think it was worth the amount we were charged.
