The lovingly furnished, fully tiled Feinwohung has underfloor heating and a ventilation system and is equipped with high quality solid wood furniture. Of course you can expect a fully equipped kitchen, WLAN, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 washing places and a guest toilet with washing area. For cozy hours, a fireplace is available. Shops are available in 2 minutes.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Lage sehr ruhig, evt. etwas weit ab vom Zentrum. Einzige Mankos: der Kühlschrank hat ein Problem - Tür schließt nicht richtig, dadurch viel schwitzwasser im Innenbereich. Der Esstisch hat eine sehr klebrige Oberfläche - sicherlich durch Abnutzung. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Entspannter Urlaub in Zinnowitz

Wir waren 7 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung. Grundlegend war es schön da. Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Auch trotz nicht so guten Wetters immer was erlebt. Kleinigkeiten, die auch 2021 schon niedergeschrieben waren, wurden leider nicht geändert. Ein klebriger Tisch, teilweise dreckiges Besteck/ Geschirr, eine fehlende Schere, keine tiefen Teller, keine Sitzkissen für Outdoor (Stühle waren voll mit "Vogelabfall", Klobrille hatte einen Riss mit Verletzungsgefahr. Auserdem waren die Matratzen für unsere Rücken nicht geeignet. Schön hätten wir es gefunden, wenn man eine Gästemappe vorfinden hätte können mit Touristeninfos oder ähnlichem. ABER auch wenn es nicht so klingt, es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Vielen lieben Dank. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Mehr Liebe zum Detail!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage mit mehreren Häusern. Die Wohnung ist alles in allem attraktiv und modern eingerichtet. Leider gibt es ein paar Mängel die eine bessere Bewertung verhindern. Wir fanden teilweise dreckige Geschirr vor, der Esstisch hat geklebt, es gab keine tiefen Teller und ein Bierglas suchte man ebenfalls vergebens. Im Monat November sollten Sommerdeckbetten eigentlich auch ein no goe sein. Alles in allem eigentlich eine schöne Ferien, leider fehlt in manchen Sachen doch etwas die Qualität. Mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail würde sich das Bild zum positiven abrunden. Die vorwiegend vorherrschende "ikea" Zuneigung harmoniert nicht mit dem Style der Wohnung, und schon garnicht mit dem aufgerufenen Preis. Für den aufgerufenen Übernachtungspreis sollte man doch etwas mehr Qualität und Hingabe erwarten als billige Ikeautensilien. Mit wenig Kosten könnte man aus dieser Wohnung eine wahr Perle machen. Vielleicht ist unsere Kritik ja Anlass für die Vermieterin dahingehend etwas zu ändern.

Wie zu Hause

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und sehr modern ausgestattet. Es könnte mehr Kochgeschirr vorhanden sein, aber da haben wir einfach improvisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause.
