A beautiful stone house with a pool and garden awaits you in the quiet part of Valbandon, near the picturesque small town of Fa?ana and the National Park on the Brijuni Islands. This is an excellently furnished semi-detached house, where classic materials such as stone and wood have been used. Modernly equipped and furnished with great attention to detail, the vacation home offers its guests coziness and comfort. The living area consists of the first floor with open living room, kitchen and dining area. From the living room you can reach the upper floor, where there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The second bedroom with private bathroom is located in the basement. The covered terrace with barbecue is ideal for socializing, while the pool provides refreshment on warm summer days.
