Come enjoy our beach home away from home. Get away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Come and experience the soothing sounds of the Gulf, the powder like beach sand, and the refreshing emerald water that many online sites and travel magazines have named,“Top 10 most beautiful beach in the world”.
The first thing you will notice is the roomy covered front porch with seating for four. Followed by the coral reef themed living room with comfortable seating for six. A large wall mounted flat screen TV provides the evenings entertainment. Our fully equipped all white kitchen with all white appliances is ready to take on your families favorite dishes with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The fully carpeted ground floor bedroom has a queen bed and a corner wall mounted flat screen TV with plenty of drawer space for your belongings. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor and up stairs in the loft. The fully carpeted loft has two full sized beds, plenty of drawer space and a balcony that looks over the living room. We believe that our family beach home is great for small families, honeymooners, anniversaries, special occasions or just a relaxing getaway.

Southwind, on Front Beach Rd, (no elevator) across from the beach. Beautiful views. Steps from the beach access, No worries finding a parking spot, walk from front door to beach! Location is perfect for local restaurants around the corner and Pier Park is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, pier fishing, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Frank Brown Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, WonderWorks, all of our local miniature Golf Parks & go karts tracks are not to be missed. Scuba diving offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, deep sea fishing or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby at the Conservation Park. Always something to do and somethings worth doing twice.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay for spring break! Location was perfect literally right across from the beach. (Cross walk lights up for safety) Very clean, furnished well, just as pictured in listing. This property is located at the west end of PCB, but still close enough to pier Park for a short 5 minute drive depending on traffic and going in the opposite direction towards Thomas donuts. It was a two minute drive. I thought the location was key to this property.

Great location, nice property!

Never have I stayed at a VRBO that is exactly like it appears in the listing, until now, The condo is bright, up to date, very clean and an overall great value! My family of four just left and we all agree it was a great place to stay. Our boys were on the top floor with nice beds and a bathroom to share. The master is on the main floor with a bathroom in the hallway. There were tons of kitchen necessities and a Keurig. If I had to nitpick and find negatives, I would say the memory foam mattress in the master was uncomfortable for me but my husband had zero issues. The couch was perfect! There was new construction going on that borders Southwind so that was a bit noisy early in the morning. If neighbors are smokers, you will have to deal with that as well, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The proximity to the beach, price along with all of the positives far outweighed any negatives and we would definitely stay here again.
