Queen sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more guests.

We had a great experience. Mark is a great host, who gave us all the information and tips about the island and was always available. The apartment is in great condition, comfortable and we loved its location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, perfect beach to see the sunset in the island. We were very happy staying here!

Great Stay!

This condo is just like photos, beautiful and very clean. Host communication prior to our arrival was excellent, he gave us lot of recommendations on restaurants and things to do. You definitely need a car rental if you’re staying here as it’s a little further out from the busier area but we found that renting bikes from Caicos Cyclery was a great way to get around for short trips. It is walking distance to Sunset Beach and a quick drive into town. Pool area was lovely and a it was never crowded. We will be back!
