Cozy up in this spacious 2 bedroom condo with fantastic location! Cimarron is 1 block off of Main St. and 1 block from base of Peak 9. Master features a king w/ attached bath and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Large living room features a wood burning fireplace, original cedar accent wall and two sleeper sofas open to the fully stocked kitchen, dining room and private deck. Building features hot tubs, heated garage, elevator and laundry. Access to Upper Village Pool.

+ Availability to park one car in either the underground garage or outdoor parking spaces.
+ Two indoor hot tubs in the building located just one floor down, open year-round.
+ Access to neighborhood clubhouse (1/2 block away) with three hot tubs (one indoor, two outdoor) and heated outdoor pool is open seasonally (closed in spring and fall, open in summer and winter).

+ About 2 blocks to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9
+ One block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building.
+ Bus stop located across the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack n Play located at this property. Pack n Play sheets are not provided.

> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.

The property was clean and well maintained. Can't beat the location, close to the lift and main st. The pool was not far either. Would definitely book again
