Spend your mornings lounging on Pensacola Beach and your afternoons relaxing in a beautiful backyard haven at this Gulf Breeze home right on the Tiger Point Golf Course. Enjoy a private swimming pool, a screened dining porch, and a tree-lined patio where you can soak up the Florida sunshine and barbecue in the fresh air. You'll be close to fishing, aquatic activities at Gulf Breeze Scuba Diving, dining options including the Blue Fish Red Fish restaurant, and shopping. Tiger Point Clubhouse is minutes away, and the zoo is also nearby for plenty of family fun.

This single-level home is secluded on a grassy piece of property that backs up to a grove of pines. You'll be a quick drive from some of the prettiest white-sand beaches in Florida, including Pensacola Beach, less than 10 miles away, Navarre Beach and Gulf Islands National Seashore, which are both about 15 miles from the home, and Opal Beach, less than 20 miles.

The house was designed for entertaining, whether swimming with your kids out back, sharing dinners with friends on the screened porch, sipping cocktails at sunset in cushioned seats on the patio, or stargazing and reminiscing around the outdoor firepit.

Unwind from the day's excursions in two indoor living spaces - a large living room with a TV and a smaller, more intimate den with its own TV. There's a kitchen with updated appliances, including a wine fridge, a breakfast bar for quick snacks, and a formal dining room for sit-down meals. The primary suite has built-in bedside USB ports and a private bathroom featuring a shower and a soaking tub overlooking a small garden. Additional amenities include extra-long twin beds in the third bedroom, central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
