About this property

Welcome to Sunrise Mountain Retreat!Come enjoy our tiny part of the stunning Ozark mountains! This home is in a beautiful, secluded spot, back off the road, with easy access in all weather conditions. The highlight for this property is the stunning view of the Arkansas Grand Canyon and it’s incredible sunrises! You won’t want to miss them! The pictures do not do justice to showcase all this home has to offer! This home is somewhat dated but it is decorated beatifully and has all the amenities you need for a fabulous launching pad for all your vacation adventures!
The kitchen, dining and living area are a roomy and open concept area. The kitchen is fully stocked with the cookware and dishes for all your cooking needs. We also provide a coffee maker with coffee beans and grinder as well as some creamer and sweetener. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed and Bedroom 3 has queen sized bunk beds. There is a main bathroom off the hall as well as a second bathroom off of a bedroom 1.

There is a porch along the back side of the house that has amazing views of the canyon and sunrises. There is a gas grill (propane included) and a gas firepit (propane included) on the porch.

There is a washer and dryer in the house available for guests' use. We provide washer detergent, dishwasher detergent and dishwashing soap.

Beautiful place to stay

We spent 3 nights there and really wish we could have stayed longer. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious. Incredible view…would love to have had more time to hang out on the deck and the screened in porch. Beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens. We would definitely like to come back.

What a view!

This is a great property. The owners stocked it well with all that we would need. The view is better than the pictures and we could not ask for a better host and stay. We use VRBO a lot and this is one of the better properties we have seen. A great place to rest and lots of great hiking all around. I highly recommend this location!
