About this property

Beautiful, exclusive villa located at 1069m above sea level, with 369 sqm living space + approx. 100 sqm usable area. Surrounded by 1908 square meters of park land. Indoor pool and sauna available. In 10 minutes driving distance to the Feldberg ski lifts as well as the swimming lakes Schluchsee and Titisee. Located in a wonderful, quiet, south-facing slope, with direct forest access. A 9.5 km cross-country ski run runs 100 meters behind the house.
The entire property is equipped with underfloor heating, which creates a very cozy, pleasant living atmosphere.
There is also a tiled stove in the living room and an open fireplace in the swimming pool.
The spruce forest typical of the Black Forest with 30 meter high trees begins directly in the rear part of the property. From here you can take wonderful forest walks and reach the famous Titisee view with a wonderful view of the lake after a short time.
Falkau lies exactly in the triangle between Feldberg, Titisee and Schluchsee and therefore offers wonderful excursion destinations for skiers, hikers and bathers in the immediate vicinity.
The university town of Freiburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car and is also always worth a trip.

Late September in the Black Forest

Arrived late on September 28, Looking over the interior of the house, Wow, what a beautiful property. The place is like a castle. Very big. The bedrooms all very clean and the living areas all very nice. We did notice that some of the flatware in the drawer was still dirty, Probably due to past renters not checking completely when returning it to the drawer. There also was some crumbs on the kitchen surfaces like they were not wiped off. Parking is very limited for the size of the house. These items are very minor. The house is fantastic, we totally loved it and my wife said she would love to stay there again. The views were awesome as well. We hope to come back some day.

Schwarzwaldurlaub mit der Familie und Hund

Wir haben wunderschöne 10 Tage in der Villa verbracht. Obwohl das Wetter es nicht gut mit uns meinte, kam keine Langeweile auf. Das Schwimmbad mit der Sauna haben uns den Tag versüßt. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Spazierwege ohne Ende direkt am Haus waren super für unseren Hund. Einziges Manco, der Garten ist leider nicht vollständig eingezäunt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Wunderlich war perfekt, er war für uns immer erreichbar. Wir werden sicherlich einmal wiederkommen.
