On the ground floor of "Abaluga 3A" you get directly into the large living room with spacious corner furniture, beautiful fireplace and dining area. The integrated kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher promises delicious cooking evenings. In the basement there are three bedrooms with double beds and a television, as well as a large bathroom with a whirlpool. The second bathroom with shower is also here. You can enjoy the Sylt sun on the terrace of "Abaluga 3A" with a beach chair and garden furniture.

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Das Objekt ist gepflegt und liegt in einer Stichstrasse. Zum Strand sind es rund 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Küchenutensilien nebst Toaster etc. vorhanden. Letzterer war bei Anreise defekt und wurde am Folgetag gegen ein neues Gerät getauscht. Schön sind auch die Aufenthaltsräume im gegenüberliegenden Objekt (Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Billard und Fitnessraum). Des Weiteren ist direkt ggü.. ein kleiner Spielplatz für Kinder. Die Bilder lassen den Wohnraum deutlich größer erscheinen, als dieser in Wirklichkeit ist. Insgesamt eine schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage.

Tolle Lage, schöne Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und freundlich, sehr gut ausgestattet. Saunabereich und Fitness haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen. Nette Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Seiten des Vermieters. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
