Welcome to Venice Beach!
This beautiful home is centrally located to all of LA's hot spots. A spacious and bright newly renovated single story home with air conditioning for those warm sunny California summers. 4 beds and 3 bathrooms for all to get ready. Tv with Roku in Living Room and Master Bedroom. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBOMax all included.
We have a beautiful backyard, perfect for that morning cup of coffee, grilling up meat on the bbq or just relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing. Includes Ping Pong, Spike Ball and Corn hole.
Have to work? We’ve got a Flexispot Desk that lets you adjust the height to how you want. Sit, stand or even cycle on our bike seat.
For exercise enthusiasts we have a gym set with weights in the backyard and a Peloton inside the house in the Bonus Room.
Pets are welcome. We charge $25 a night per pet that helps with the additional cleaning.
The house is equipped with multiple Lêvoit air purifiers.
