Come and vacation at this one of a kind tri-level Beachfront Cottage with pool, private yard and private beach access. This house can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Enjoy the large screen TV in the great room while you relax on the comfortable furniture. Have a drink or snack in the large private yard or overlooking the pool courtyard. Feel the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the ocean from the beach observation deck or private beach access area.

Just outside the French doors of the Master suite you can barbeque on the grill, entertain friends and family or bring everyone inside to dine at the pub table that seats eight. The additional breakfast bar can accommodate four more guests.

Open the great room sliding glass doors to the deck that overlooks the pool. You can enjoy a game of horseshoes in the enclosed courtyard or soak up some Florida Sun at the pool and take home an amazing tan!

Beach access is just steps from your yard, can't get any closer to the beach than this property anywhere in town. Bring a towel and chair for a day on the beach. Splash in the surf or take a short walk on the beach to the famous cocoa beach pier where you can listen to music, have a drink, eat at one of the restaurants or just enjoy the fun at the pier.

This beautiful ocean view house will be your vacation destination time and time again. Great for family reunions or just a great vacation spot for large families. Lots of space with amazing beach access

Nice home with private access to the beach. Great outdoor space. We worked out every morning on the patio, then spent our days at the beach or the pool. Awesome location- close to shopping and great restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

So much to do!

9 of us stayed here and used as a central location to go everywhere Daytona, nasa, Orlandoand Tampa for the day. The beach was amazing we rented poles and got licensed for beach fishing. The pool was great the house had plenty of dishes pots and pans to do cooking and cleaning. This is definitely on our to do list again

Nice Beach Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! House was a little outdated inside, but it was a great place to rest up each night and head back to the beach the next day! Outdoor living space is VERY NICE! Loved the private walk to the beach and the pool. Robert was awesome to work with--unfortunately our toddler blew up the pool (#2) and we had to call for help :( sorry about that! I would recommend this house-great for a family vacation!

Perfect setup

This property was everything we imagined. It was very clean & spacious for 10 of us. Very close walk to the beach which is just out the back door. I wish we would've had more people to rent the other house. We had good neighbors for the week though. It was nice to come back each day & take a quick dip in the pool. Close proximity to Dunkin Donuts, Liquor stores & places to eat.

Thanksgiving Break

We had a wonderful time. Even though it rained some, we enjoyed our family time. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the privacy of the property. The grandkids had plenty of room and lots to do. Fantastic rental!!!

Perfect Place For Family

Loved this house on the beach. It was just what me and my family were looking for. A place that had private access to the beach and a pool (shared with the house beside us). Mr. Robert was very accommodating. Hurricane Isaias was expected to hit on the day were were supposed to arrive. He reached out and asked if we wanted to push it back a day. The only issue we had was that the downstairs tub was clogged. I didn't find out about it until our trip home when my son told me. This would definitely be a place I would love to come back to. Also would be great if you had a large family and rented the two houses together. Thanks for a wonderful get away!

Family Vacation

Absolutely perfect house for a large family. Plenty of room to spread out and the private yard is great to grill out. Awesome beach access with just enough pool to refresh from salt water. Parking was plenty for our family all having to drive.

Amazing beachfront house!

Had an amazing week in this great house, right on the beach and plenty of room for the two families that stayed there. The backyard is wonderful, the whole place is kid friendly, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Cocoa Beach area.

Great location

The place accommodated a large group. Fun living room/game room. Rob, property managers was great. One shower didn’t work and he he had a plumber over in no time. He was always available. Love that they had good old fashion board games. Great private walk to the beach. Shower stalls could use a grout update or a major scrub down-a bit mildewy. And the twin beds don’t have a lot of back support. Good for kids only. Overall we had a great time and would return.

Surprise Birthday!

This was a great property to host a surprise birthday party for my husband. His children and grandchildren flew in from Minnesota without his knowledge and gave him the surprise of his life. The location was ideal...beach, pool, fishing, Disney, and beautiful weather! What’s not to like? I think they will be back!

Great location on the beach

We would have enjoyed our stay more if hurricane Dorian had not descended on us after only one day in the rental. Great location. It shows a bit of wear, but when on the beach it is not about the house so much as it is about the location, and this location is great.

Definitely re-book for family vacation.

Great privacy in midst of vacation fun place. Fully equipped facility nicely met our needs - 3 generations from grandparents to rambunctious teenage boys. Great beach , lots of sun, privacy and nice amenities. Service by property manager was super responsive and really helpful. Thanks Rob. We even got to see a rocket launch from the beach - perfect.

Great place for multiple families

We just got back from our stay and it was perfect for what we needed. We had two families staying with a total of three kids. It was perfect for what we needed as there were enough bedrooms for my two girls to sleep together and the other boy to sleep in a room by himself. My husband and I stayed downstairs and shared a bathroom with the kids and the other couple took the king bed and master bath. The pool was big enough to entertain the kids and we could easily sit and watch them from the porch. They also played tons of soccer in the back and our friend brought a hammock that worked perfectly between two trees in the back. There were tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys so we didn't have to bring any of that with us. Also, the beach access was awesome during the day and we were lucky enough to be there during a night shuttle launch from Cape Canaveral. You could see it perfectly and it was a moment I will never forget. Location: The location was within walking distance to the ABC store, a little bar and some stores and activities but i would recommend renting a car. There is ample parking. We also took some Ubers, which were relatively inexpensive and we did not have to wait long. All in all, it was a great stay and Rob was a great property manager... :-)

The beach house was awesome

House was roomy enough for a family of 10. Nice and comfortable and close to restaurants , grocery stores , deep sea fishing charters , Universal Studios , ect. House was oceanfront and had an awesome beach. We would definitely stay there again. The property manager Rob was available and responded back quickly with any questions. It will be the vacation that all will remember

Beach House Gem

This was a true gem of a beach house, clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home! We had a glorious stay, enjoying the lovely yard, the convenience of the private beach access, and the amazing views from the observation tower. Shopping needs, and fantastic restaurants were only minutes away, and the pier a short 5min beach walk. The manager was attentive and communication was excellent. Would certainly recommend this rental, and will most definitely book again!

We absolutely loved the beach house!

We loved our stay at the beach house. It had all of the conveniences of home which made our stay worry free and able to enjoy our time together. The pool was amazing and super clean with convenient beach access right in our own backyard. We will definitely be back again!
