Summary:
Beautiful ground level Presidential Suite at the Esmeralda Resort with wrap around patio featuring your very own hot tub with ocean views! (In very hot months July-Sept we only fill and heat the private hot tub by request). This spacious 2,850 Square Feet condo has 3 bedrooms & 4 baths with one of the best views in town. In addition to the 3 bedrooms is an extra area designated as a 4th sleeping area. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with appliances and cook wear. The resort has a fun onsite restaurant, a beautiful pool and hot tub. Conveniently located on Sandy Beach near everything!

The Space:
This spacious Presidential Suite is located on the ground floor with a huge wrap around 1,200 Square Foot Patio featuring your own personal hot tub, with amazing views along the ocean front.

Other Things to Note:
BBQ GRILL - Please note that this property only has a small countertop electric grill, and the resort does NOT have a community grilling area.
Some areas of the resort are under construction and you may hear light construction noise during the daytime.
The fitness center onsite is a separate company but is open to guests for a day or weekly pass that can be purchased.
HOT TUB - In very hot months July-Sept we only fill and heat the private hot tub by advanced request!

GREAT PROPERTY

The property was perfect for our family. Three king suites all with patio access. An extra-large living area allowed the entire family to visit together and enjoy the wonderful views and sunrises and sunsets. We loved being right on the ground floor and walking to the beach from the patio. Definitely would recommend this unit.

Friend Thanksgiving Getaway

Such a great property with a great view! 3 couples, 3 master bedrooms- all with access to the balcony. We had a great time enjoying the view, balcony, hottub, and even getting in room massages. Highly recommend this is you’re traveling with friends or family.

Best unit in RP

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit and the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this property. This unit is the best unit in RP if you love the water. All other resorts are setback about 50-100 ft from the sea wall, but this expansive patio is right at the edge of the retaining wall for the beach. All other amenities will exceed your expectations as well. Diego’s Tiki Lounge, onsite, is an excellent restaurant by any standard. And it’s modestly priced and close to the beach.
