Our home in Ivins is the perfect gateway to outdoor recreation in the southern Utah area, or simply a clean, quiet, and star-lit place to unwind.
This space has a modern and spacious floor plan, with a huge kitchen and tons of storage space. The home is highly energy efficient, and has the extra bonus of muting nearly all outside sound. You will rest easy here!
The views of the red rock cliffs from our back porch are spectacular. The neighborhood is flat and easily walkable for miles. Unity Park is only a few minutes walk away and features a skate park, multiple sport facilities, and well-manicured lawns. Many trails and outdoor activities, including Snow Canyon State Park, are within a ten-minute drive.
Ivins is part of the Dark Sky Initiative, which aims to enhance star gazing and minimize light pollution. As such, you will find incredible night skies from our backyard. Finally, our yard is completely xeriscaped, so you will enjoyed a manicured lawn throughout your duration.
The space:
Guests will have access to a single bedroom and a full bathroom. Also provided is access to our large living area, open kitchen, and all outdoor spaces. Relax on the back patio and enjoy some of the world's best sunrises and sunsets! Note: Access to additional spaces is not provided.
**Please read to ensure that we are a good fit for you!
-Guests are required to stay a minimum of 30 days to satisfy local and HOA regulations.
-We have two parking spaces in the driveway only. Long-term parking on the street is not allowed. Per HOA regulations, no boats, RVs, or other trailers are allowed in the driveway or the street.
-Garage access will not be provided.
-We live in a dynamic desert environment. While we have regular bi-monthly treatments to the property, no refunds will be provided for animal, critter, or insect encounters of any kind. We don't anticipate any encounters, but we strongly encourage keeping all entrances closed.
- To minimize air conditioning wear and tear in a hot desert environment, the use of AC below 70 degrees is not accepted. We use a Nest system that will notify us of any deviations from this minimum setting.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping will be tolerated within the property. Parties are also not allowed, and any additional visitors must be pre-approved. Additional fees will be implemented if these rules are not observed.
