The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking, a private boardwalk to the sparkling sand, a private pool with outdoor kitchen, and an enclosed outdoor shower to greet you at the end of the day. A fish cleaning area is provided to prepare your fisherman’s catch.

High ceilings with expansive sliding doors provide an abundance of light and gorgeous views of the Gulf. The open floor plan of the living space invites everyone together. The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining table seats six for coastal meals, board games, and puzzles. The cheerful living area features a TV and three sets of large sliding doors that provide direct access to the furnished and covered Gulf view deck with patio table.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
