Just a short walk to Dickson Street or to The Downtown Fayetteville Square, both of which, have many restaurants, shopping, and watering holes. Just a few minutes to the University of Arkansas campus, if you are in town for a ballgame, check out the Stadium Shuttles, they run from the Library, just across the street, and from Dickson Street to the Stadium, this makes for a very convenient trip to Stadium.

Great location & home

We loved the house and its proximity to town square, restaurants, and the University. The only down side was that there were several missing light bulbs (the owner brought replacements the next day) and missing soap in the sinks areas - otherwise it would clearly be a 5-star location.

7 S W Ave is perfect for a family gathering. My family of 4 stayed to celebrate our U of A graduate, and this home had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
