Excellent Experience!!

My son had a tournament at IMG so my family of 5 decided to join him and make a mini vacation around it. I have never used a Vrbo and in the past have opted to stay at a hotel. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I will only use Vrbos from now on! It was easy to connect with the project manager and got questions answered right away.

Very Nice Property

We had a brief stay to attend a memorial service for my grandmother. They had relaxing music playing on the television when we arrived which was a nice touch after a long drive. The property was close to Lakewood Ranch where we visited family. The house is very nice and updated.

Nice holiday

We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a very good time in a nice location. Because of damage caused by storm Ian, one day there were insurrance guys making fotos from the house in and outside, workers were on the roof for several hours and another day the broken fence was repaired for the hole day. I understand that this has to be done, but we were surprised as we were not noticed ahead. But all in all this was no problem for us. The inside of the house is very nice, the pool is also very nice. The cushions for the sunbeds were worn out and never replaced although we asked for it. On the other hand the missing remote control unit for the garage was replaced at the same day. The community Sabal Harbor is very nice, quiete and clean. We would definetely go there again, house and location. If poosible I would rate 4,5 stars in total. :)

Great getaway for a family gathering

I arrived about a hour before my family (from out-of-town). I got a chance to check it out and prepare for them. The community is a very nice residential community. To home had nice curb appeal. The pictures of the property is pretty true to form. The home was upgraded beautifully. The home was very comfortable, even the beds in each room. The Hostess was very accommodating. We had to alert her of the timing we wanted the pool heated but she made sure the heater was on and it was comfortable. Any concerns or questions we may have had -- very small -- she was reachable and very responsive. Unfortunately, my family and I were gathered here for Christmas during one of the coldest times here in Florida. It was a bomber. Plus, my daughter and I both were sick. We could've really taken advantage of what this property had to offer had we not been sick and the weather wasn't so cold. Enjoy your moments there when you are gather with family or without. Either way, I think you would have a great experience.
