Fully renovated chalet that sits on a 200 acre private gated estate in front of a 5 acre lake. There’s a full Tennis court, lots of hiking & several horses on the property.

The property has lots of natural hiking trails, several Pedal Boats & Kayaks, Fire Pit and much more. Indulge yourself in a serene getaway only 1 hour and 15 min from New York. You can sun bathe, bbq, make marshmallows at the fire pit, take a dip in the water or simply pedal & kayak through the water and enjoy the nature.

Beautiful Getaway in Gorgeous Setting

This exceptional property was all we could ask for. It provides privacy while being near everything you could need and features gorgeous lake views and plenty of land to explore. The house has a fantastic layout and was well-stocked. In particular, the beds were super comfortable and featured crisp linens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return if we possibly can! Thanks to Natalia for great communication and assistance.

Why they chose this property

The property consist of about 200 private acres. This is not a community so you will have complete privacy. You will be staying in the ACHIEVE chalet so please follow the signage on the property. The property has a front gate and you will need a personalized code to enter. You will receive this code upon arrival.

You get access to the Kayaks, Pedal Boats, Fire Pit, Fire Place, Jacuzzi and much more.

There is also a newly refinished tennis court so please bring your tennis rackets and balls to play.

The property is close to Blair Academy so if your here to visit then this would be the perfect place to stay.

What makes this property unique

The property is completely open with no fencing other then the front gate.

Please enjoy the tennis court, lake and hiking trails but be understanding of our neighbors property lines which are marked by either a stone wall or POSTED / PRIVATE PROPERTY signage.
